1. Introduction and Scope

By accessing our websites, submitting manuscripts, utilizing our academic editing, proofreading, or qualitative/quantitative data analysis (SPSS) services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics

• Originality and Plagiarism: All submissions to our journals, edited book projects, or monographs must be entirely original. The Company utilizes advanced plagiarism detection software to screen every submission. Any manuscript exhibiting plagiarism, text recycling, data fabrication, or redundant publication will be summarily rejected.
• Compliance: Authors are required to declare any conflicts of interest and confirm that their research complies with international ethical standards for studies involving human or animal subjects.

3. Article Processing Charges (APC) and Service Fees

• Transparency of Fees: The Company operates on an Open Access publishing model. To meet the costs of digital infrastructure, peer review management, professional typesetting, HTML/LaTeX coding, and long-term archiving, a clearly defined Article Processing Charge (APC) is levied upon the formal editorial acceptance of a manuscript.
• No Submission Fees: No charges are levied for manuscript submission; fees are strictly post-acceptance.
• Payment and Invoicing: Upon acceptance, an official invoice will be generated by Refined-Research & Analytical Support Associates Private Limited. Publication is conditional upon receipt of the full payment.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Once an article, book chapter, or volume is formally processed, assigned a permanent tracking metric/identifier, and published online, the APC or publication fee is strictly non-refundable.

4. User Conduct and Intellectual Property

All software, website code (HTML, CSS, PHP), Master LaTeX blueprints, logos, and corporate branding elements on www.rasaedu.org and www.bjiks.org are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Users may not scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit our structural assets without express written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

The scholarly findings, views, and data analysis models presented in our publications are solely those of the individual authors. The Company provides platforms for academic dissemination and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from inaccuracies or the replication of research designs published on our platforms.
