Dr. Srinivas Katherasala is a distinguished sociologist and an expert in Integrated Knowledge Systems, currently serving as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Osmania Government Nursing College and the Faculty of Medical Sociology.
As the founder of Research & Analytical Support Associates (RASA) and Editor-in-Chief of BJIKS, he is a leading voice in the transition toward sustainable, regenerative agriculture.
His research, indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, carries immense global weight; notably, his work on soil health management was cited and honored by the European Union (EU) as a foundational concern for the development of their first Soil Management Regulation Law/Policy.
Dr. Katherasala is a prolific author with several academic volumes published by Eliva Press, including "The Architecture of Self: Cognitive and Personality Perspectives" and "Social Welfare Programmes and History of Welfare Administration in India".
Beyond traditional journals, his expertise is frequently featured in Wikifarmer, Countercurrents, and the Kashmir Times. A recipient of the National Researcher Award from the Ministry of Culture (Govt. of India) for his roadmap on inclusive development, he also holds an Appreciation Certificate for Excellence in Social Work from the Governor of Telangana.

Dr. Bheenaveni is notably recognized for documenting rural healthcare practices in Telangana, particularly the traditional herd immunity techniques used by shepherds involving the Amma Talli plant.
He is a prolific author on sustainable farming and an expert in social statistics, having written Research Methods: From Tradition to Triangulation. Beyond his scholarly work on caste issues and the history of wool weavers, he contributed to the creative arts as a storywriter for the 2017 film Reservation.
